Father James Galvin

Rest in Peace, Father James Galvin, missionary priest from Scotland who ministered for many years in the Archdiocese of San Antonio, TX. You will be missed!

As we bid farewell to Father Jim, may we remember the lessons he taught us and the love he shared. May God bless him abundantly in his new journey.

May the road rise up to meet you.

May the wind be always at your back.

May the sun shine warm upon your face;

the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Saturday December 7, 2024, 3:00 PM - A luncheon will be hosted by the Juan Capistrano Church Community after Mass at Slatter Hall located at 9006 Villamain Rd, San Antonio, TX 78223.

Domingo: Antes de Misa (si el tiempo lo permite) o con cita previa.

Sábado: de 3:30 en la tarde hasta las 4:30.

Domingo: Antes de la misaen la iglesia o con cita.

The prayer group meets every Tuesday at 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at Slattery Hall. All Parisnioners are welcome to join the Society or just join us for prayers on Tuesdays.

The Prayer Group is available for personal prayer request and homebound spritual visits. Please contact a member or call the parish office.
